Fields of activity
Fields of activity of the Department of Forestry were taken from the Statute of the University of Belgrade-Faculty of Forestry of 28th December 2011. The core fields of activity of the Faculty, and therefore also of the Department of Forestry are: higher education, scientific research and other activities with the aim of commercializing the results of scientific research of the Faculty.

Services in Foreign Trade of the Faculty of Forestry and the Department of Forestry are:
– Production of studies and expert opinions, market research, investment programs, spatial and urban plans and projects, preliminary, main and detailed designs, investment and technical documentation, and auction studies;
– organizing of the construction of entire facilities (engineering) and contracting engineering and advisory (consulting) engineering;
– research services and scientific research and research and development work, services of certification bodies, inspection bodies, laboratories and centers of the faculty;
– other activities in accordance with the Law on Foreign Trade.
The Faculty of Forestry and the Department of Forestry as its integral part also perform other activities aimed at its main field of activity, in accordance with law and the statute.
